SEPTEMBER  2005, ORLAND, MAINE

Dear Cousin,

Down through the years we’ve shared so many special things.  Our close family tells its own beautiful story, and one that will warm our hearts forever.  Each memory unique in many ways but the same in others.  A cousin is precious in the story of life whether you are near or far apart.

Together we have shared a million favorite memories that will last a lifetime.

A cousin brings you so much sunshine and inspires so much joy in the lives of everyone that is lucky enough to know you.  A trust that is so strong-A bridge that is so steady, and a never out of touch kind of love.

I don’t know what it is about a cousin, but there is something very special about you. It may be all the things I see on the surface-things everyone can see and admires about you.  Or maybe it is the special things deep down in your loving heart.  It might be the big things or maybe the small things.

Words shared heart to heart unspoken, understanding memories.

The joy that a cousin brings to one another-If you can figure out the magic just let me know what makes a cousin so special.  It is probably a combination of things all blended together- A good family, friendship, love, and so much more.  But thanks for being my cousin so unique and special in your own way!

                  Love,

                  Cindy
